The Evolution of Biomechanical and Postural Analysis

FlexInFit represents the evolution in the field of biomechanical and postural analysis. Each pair of sensorized insoles consists of more than four hundred pressure sensors and enables accurate analysis inside the patient’s shoe, real-time monitoring of the examination progress and data logging for up to four hours.

Why use FlexInFit?

In-Shoes: Lightweight, thin and cut-out insole to be inserted inside the shoe, making it confortable to wear and perfect to get data. –Wireless: FlexInFit is a wearable device and it connects via Bluetooth. –Sensorized: There are 214 sensors on each insole to obtain precise values.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

PLANTAR PRESSURE

Visualization of plantar pressures, during motion, in high resolution. It is possible to evaluate the kinetic parameters such as the Force vector graph of each foot, and analyzing the peaks of impact.

HR OF AVERAGE PLANTAR PRESSURE

Visualization in HR of average plantar pressures (maximum or integral). It is possible to evaluate the progress of the CoP throughout the stance phase of the foot, as well as the percentages of load in the different areas of the foot, in order to establish possible anomalies.

CURVES ANALYSIS

In this section, it is possible to analyze the curves of surface, load, maximum, and average pressures of different areas of the foot, evaluating the differences between the right and left stride

ROCKERS

The rockers of the gait allow the analysis of the stance phase in detail, subdivided into four stages, addressing gait problems in order to design customized solutions.

TIME/PRESSURE GRAPHS

Visualization of the Time/Pressure integral graph to identify risk factors associated with plantar hyper-pressures. Numerical values to evaluate the characteristics of the CoF, surfaces, and % of load of each part of the foot.

GAIT LINE & BUTTERFLY

Gait Line & Butterfly: The variability of the butterfly diagram of the center of pressure can help identify risk injuries of lower limbs. The software automatically generates a report based on the data acquired from the system. The report can be edited as needed.

COMPARISON

Comparison option between assessments in order to track the patient, analyze different situations such as the influence of diverse footwear, checking orthotic insoles, or even evaluating the biomechanics of the sports gesture.

SYNCHRONIZED VIDEO

Video of the patient performing the dynamic analysis synchronized with the graphical display of the steps on the Flexin Fit insoles. Possibility of drawing reference angles or axes, as well as playing the video at different speeds.

FlexInFit is a versatile tool that simplifies the work of many professionals: from the foot specialist to the physiotherapist, from the athletic trainer to the doctor interested in verifying the actual pressure points. FlexInFit is also a device used in the production of orthopaedic insoles, useful for checking orthotic insoles or for testing their effectiveness directly during the footbed testing phase.
