Lo scopo della ricerca \u00e8 stato quello di dimostrare come gli esercizi di autocorrezione possano essere realmente efficaci, soprattutto se monitorati con strumenti non invasivi a supporto del fisioterapista. <strong>L&#039;articolo \u00e8 stato pubblicato in <em>Sensori<\/em>, una delle riviste leader a livello mondiale nel settore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-some-information-on-adolescent-idiopathic-scoliosis\">Alcune informazioni sulla scoliosi idiopatica adolescenziale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/spine.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5901\" width=\"252\" height=\"251\"\/><figcaption>Controllo della colonna vertebrale<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scoliosi idiopatica adolescenziale<\/strong> \u00e8 definita come una deformit\u00e0 tridimensionale della colonna vertebrale e del tronco con una predominanza della deviazione laterale su altri piani di movimento. \u00c8 stato dimostrato che ha una maggiore incidenza nelle ragazze.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per gestire al meglio la scoliosi si basa l&#039;approccio pi\u00f9 comune e sicuramente preferito <strong>specifici esercizi di fisioterapia<\/strong> che pu\u00f2 limitare la progressione della curva con <strong>procedure non invasive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/preview.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5896\" width=\"270\" height=\"270\"\/><figcaption class=\"translation-block\"><span class=\"qodef-e-word\">Spine<\/span> <span class=\"qodef-e-word\">3D<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Esistono molti metodi e tipi di esercizi per il trattamento dell&#039;AIS, ma la maggior parte si basa sul rafforzamento e l&#039;allungamento dei gruppi muscolari interessati. Altri si basano sull&#039;autocorrezione nei tre piani (frontale, orizzontale e sagittale). In ogni caso, stiamo parlando di esercizi che devono essere supervisionati da un fisioterapista perch\u00e9 <strong>i movimenti di autocorrezione (SCM) devono essere accurati e mirati al fine di ridurre efficacemente la curva scoliotica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quali sono le principali conseguenze della scoliosi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando parliamo di scoliosi dobbiamo rendercene conto <strong>il problema si riflette in diversi aspetti fisici<\/strong>. La scoliosi altera e <strong>riduce il controllo posturale e il controllo motorio personale<\/strong>. Lo scarso allineamento del corpo segmentale causato dall&#039;AIS \u00e8 stato associato ad un aumento<strong> spostamento laterale del centro di massa del corpo, che influisce sull&#039;equilibrio dinamico durante la deambulazione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con Spine 3D esiste la possibilit\u00e0 di un controllo non invasivo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In pediatria, la radiografia bidimensionale (2D) viene utilizzata per la diagnosi iniziale e la sorveglianza longitudinale. Ma lo sappiamo <strong>frequenti valutazioni radiologiche durante la crescita possono portare a effetti negativi a lungo termine<\/strong>. Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui vengono sempre pi\u00f9 utilizzati metodi di misurazione privi di radiazioni per ridurre i possibili rischi per la salute causati dall&#039;esposizione ripetuta ai raggi X.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Freemed.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5897\" width=\"267\" height=\"267\"\/><figcaption>Piattaforma FreeMed<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Oggi, grazie alla tecnologia LiDAR e Spine 3D, possiamo riprodurre su monitor le immagini della colonna vertebrale utilizzando una telecamera a infrarossi (chiamata <strong>ToF<\/strong>, Corto per <em>Tempo di volo<\/em>). <strong>Un metodo di scansione senza marcatori e senza radiazioni. E soprattutto, quindi, non invasivo<\/strong>. Tra l&#039;altro, non richiede che la stanza sia buia per l&#039;acquisizione dell&#039;immagine, consentendo di acquisire pi\u00f9 immagini della colonna vertebrale con un modello tridimensionale della colonna vertebrale e del bacino a diverse angolazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come accennato nell&#039;introduzione, la nostra piattaforma baropodometrica FreeMed \u00e8 stata utilizzata per valutare l&#039;oscillazione del centro di pressione (COP) e <strong>i dati sono stati elaborati dal software FreeStep associato<\/strong>, che fornisce un&#039;indicazione in tempo reale della pressione individuale del piede e del carico totale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I risultati dello studio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizzando gli strumenti di Sensor Medica, i ricercatori (in questo caso lo studio non \u00e8 esaustivo, in quanto ha esaminato solo le ragazze e non tutti i tipi di scoliosi) sono riusciti a concludere che <strong>i trattamenti fisioterapici autocorrettivi portano sicuramente ad una riduzione della VLD (<em>Deviazione Laterale Vertebrale<\/em>)<\/strong>. Il fisioterapista, che solitamente agiva \u201ca vista\u201d, con un margine di interpretazione, ha potuto valutare i cambiamenti dal vivo durante l&#039;esecuzione degli esercizi. E tutto questo, va notato, <strong>con un trattamento non invasivo della scoliosi idiopatica adolescenziale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Freestep.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5899\" width=\"272\" height=\"272\"\/><figcaption>Software di analisi FreeStep<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SCM pu\u00f2 oggettivamente aiutare a migliorare la curvatura della colonna vertebrale<\/strong>. Le nuove tecnologie aiutano il monitoraggio frequente e in tempo reale della progressione della curva e l&#039;autocorrezione della postura.
