L&#039;objectif de la recherche \u00e9tait de d\u00e9montrer comment les exercices d&#039;autocorrection peuvent \u00eatre vraiment efficaces, surtout s&#039;ils sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s avec des instruments non invasifs soutenant le physioth\u00e9rapeute. <strong>L&#039;article a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 dans <em>Capteurs<\/em>, l&#039;une des principales revues mondiales dans le domaine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-some-information-on-adolescent-idiopathic-scoliosis\">Quelques informations sur la scoliose idiopathique de l&#039;adolescent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/spine.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5901\" width=\"252\" height=\"251\"\/><figcaption>Contr\u00f4le de la colonne vert\u00e9brale<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scoliose idiopathique de l&#039;adolescent<\/strong> est d\u00e9fini comme une d\u00e9formation tridimensionnelle de la colonne vert\u00e9brale et du tronc avec une pr\u00e9dominance de la d\u00e9viation lat\u00e9rale sur les autres plans de mouvement. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&#039;il a une incidence plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e chez les filles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de g\u00e9rer au mieux la scoliose, l&#039;approche la plus courante et certainement la pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est bas\u00e9e sur <strong>exercices de physioth\u00e9rapie sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> qui peuvent limiter la progression de la courbe avec <strong>proc\u00e9dures non invasives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/preview.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5896\" width=\"270\" height=\"270\"\/><figcaption class=\" translation-block\"><span class=\"qodef-e-word\">Colonne vert\u00e9brale<\/span> <span class=\"qodef-e-word\">3D<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes et types d&#039;exercices pour traiter le SIA, mais la plupart sont bas\u00e9s sur le renforcement et l&#039;\u00e9tirement des groupes musculaires affect\u00e9s. D&#039;autres reposent sur l&#039;autocorrection dans les trois plans (frontal, horizontal et sagittal). Dans tous les cas, il s&#039;agit d&#039;exercices qui doivent \u00eatre supervis\u00e9s par un kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute car <strong>les mouvements d&#039;autocorrection (SCM) doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis et cibl\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9duire efficacement la courbure scoliotique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles sont les principales cons\u00e9quences de la scoliose ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque nous parlons de scoliose, nous devons r\u00e9aliser que <strong>le probl\u00e8me se refl\u00e8te dans plusieurs aspects physiques<\/strong>. La scoliose alt\u00e8re et <strong>r\u00e9duit le contr\u00f4le postural et le contr\u00f4le moteur personnel<\/strong>. Un mauvais alignement segmentaire du corps caus\u00e9 par l&#039;AIS a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation<strong> d\u00e9placement lat\u00e9ral du centre de masse du corps, affectant l&#039;\u00e9quilibre dynamique pendant la marche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avec Spine 3D, il existe une possibilit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le non invasif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En p\u00e9diatrie, la radiographie bidimensionnelle (2D) est utilis\u00e9e pour le diagnostic initial et la surveillance longitudinale. Mais nous savons que <strong>des \u00e9valuations radiologiques fr\u00e9quentes pendant la croissance peuvent entra\u00eener des effets n\u00e9gatifs \u00e0 long terme<\/strong>. C&#039;est pourquoi des m\u00e9thodes de mesure sans rayonnement sont de plus en plus utilis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9duire les risques possibles pour la sant\u00e9 caus\u00e9s par une exposition r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e aux rayons X.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Freemed.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5897\" width=\"267\" height=\"267\"\/><figcaption>Plateforme FreeMed<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&#039;hui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie LiDAR et Spine 3D, nous pouvons reproduire des images de la colonne vert\u00e9brale sur un moniteur \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une cam\u00e9ra infrarouge (appel\u00e9e <strong>ToF<\/strong>, court pour <em>Temps de vol<\/em>). <strong>Une m\u00e9thode de balayage sans marqueurs et sans rayonnement. Et surtout, donc, non invasif<\/strong>. Entre autres choses, il ne n\u00e9cessite pas que la pi\u00e8ce soit sombre pour l&#039;acquisition d&#039;images, ce qui permet d&#039;acqu\u00e9rir plusieurs images de la colonne vert\u00e9brale avec un mod\u00e8le tridimensionnel de la colonne vert\u00e9brale et du bassin sous diff\u00e9rents angles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme mentionn\u00e9 dans l&#039;introduction, notre plateforme baropodom\u00e9trique FreeMed a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9valuer l&#039;oscillation du centre de pression (COP), et <strong>les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9es par le logiciel FreeStep associ\u00e9<\/strong>, qui fournit une indication en temps r\u00e9el de la pression individuelle du pied et de la charge totale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats de l&#039;\u00e9tude<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En utilisant les outils de Sensor Medica, les chercheurs (dans ce cas, l&#039;\u00e9tude n&#039;est pas exhaustive, car elle n&#039;a examin\u00e9 que les filles et pas tous les types de scoliose) ont pu conclure que <strong>les traitements de kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie autocorrecteurs entra\u00eenent d\u00e9finitivement une diminution des VLD (<em>D\u00e9viation lat\u00e9rale vert\u00e9brale<\/em>)<\/strong>. Le physioth\u00e9rapeute, qui agissait habituellement \u00ab \u00e0 vue \u00bb, avec une marge d&#039;interpr\u00e9tation, a pu \u00e9valuer les changements en direct tout en effectuant les exercices. Et tout cela, il faut le noter, <strong>avec un traitement non invasif de la scoliose idiopathique de l&#039;adolescent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Freestep.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5899\" width=\"272\" height=\"272\"\/><figcaption>Logiciel d&#039;analyse FreeStep<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SCM peut objectivement aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la courbure de la colonne vert\u00e9brale<\/strong>.
