Une structure morphologique correcte a un impact sur l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 globale du pied et offre un potentiel diagnostique important.<\/p><p>M\u00eame des troubles mineurs du pied peuvent affecter l&#039;ensemble de la cha\u00eene bio-cin\u00e9matique, impactant \u00e9galement la motilit\u00e9 du pied. Les alt\u00e9rations structurelles d&#039;un pied peuvent \u00e9galement alt\u00e9rer l&#039;\u00e9quilibre en position debout et contribuer \u00e0 des blessures plus fr\u00e9quentes. L&#039;\u00e9tude visait \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la relation entre les d\u00e9formations des pieds et les d\u00e9ficits de stabilit\u00e9 posturale chez les \u00e9coliers susceptibles de subir des chutes accidentelles.<\/p><p>L&#039;\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur 200 enfants (101 filles et 99 gar\u00e7ons) \u00e2g\u00e9s de 10 \u00e0 15 ans, s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s au hasard dans des \u00e9coles primaires.
