Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente a exploit\u00e9 le potentiel de notre Moover One pour analyser l&#039;application de bandes \u00e9lastiques sur le cou, \u00e9valuant son impact imm\u00e9diat et \u00e0 court terme sur la douleur et la mobilit\u00e9 de la colonne cervicale.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le but de l&#039;\u00e9tude, men\u00e9e par une \u00e9quipe de chercheurs de haut niveau (Luca Russo, Tommaso Panessa, Paolo Bartolucci, Andrea Raggi, Gian Mario Migliaccio, Alin Larion, Johnny Padulo), \u00e9tait de mesurer <strong>les effets sur l&#039;amplitude de mouvement triplanaire cervicale active (ACROM)<\/strong> et la douleur auto-per\u00e7ue lors de l&#039;application du ruban \u00e9lastique (ET) dans la r\u00e9gion cervicale, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur un \u00e9chantillon de trente participants (hommes et femmes) du premier groupe d&#039;\u00e9tude et de vingt participants du groupe t\u00e9moin, qui pr\u00e9sentaient tous des sympt\u00f4mes \u00e9vidents. douleur au cou (et cervicale). Sur la base des preuves, l&#039;utilisation de l&#039;ET sur le cou est recommand\u00e9e pour g\u00e9rer les limitations de mouvements du cou et la douleur chez les adultes.<\/p><p><strong>L&#039;importance de la colonne cervicale<br \/><\/strong>La colonne cervicale joue un r\u00f4le crucial en facilitant les mouvements multiplanaires de la t\u00eate dans l\u2019espace. Le mouvement de la colonne cervicale et du complexe de la t\u00eate peut \u00eatre class\u00e9 en rotation droite-gauche, inclinaison lat\u00e9rale droite-gauche, flexion et extension (mouvement avant et arri\u00e8re de la t\u00eate). Sur la base de cette particularit\u00e9, il est \u00e9vident combien il est important de pr\u00e9server (ou, si n\u00e9cessaire, de restaurer) l&#039;amplitude de mouvement physiologique active (ACROM) de la colonne cervicale.<\/p><p>Quelles sont les causes qui peuvent limiter cette mobilit\u00e9 ? Indubitablement <strong>blessures traumatiques<\/strong>, mais aussi <strong>mouvements continus et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs<\/strong> (tr\u00e8s souvent en raison des exigences du travail) ou <strong>postures prolong\u00e9es et pas toujours correctes<\/strong>. Le syst\u00e8me musculo-squelettique est grandement affect\u00e9 par toute r\u00e9duction de l\u2019ACROM, ce qui peut facilement affecter les yeux, d\u2019autres segments de la colonne vert\u00e9brale et bien plus encore. Une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8te de la mobilit\u00e9 combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9tablissement est d\u00e9sormais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 qui ne doit pas \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e superficiellement.<\/p><p>Comme nous l&#039;avons dit au d\u00e9but, la meilleure analyse est celle qui est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;aide de capteurs \u00e0 inertie. Sans Moover One, l\u2019\u00e9tude en question n\u2019aurait pas garanti les m\u00eames r\u00e9sultats, en termes de pr\u00e9cision et de rapidit\u00e9. L&#039;utilisation est fortement recommand\u00e9e pour am\u00e9liorer l&#039;ACROM multiplanaire et r\u00e9duire les douleurs cervicales (en particulier chez les travailleurs qui passent de nombreuses heures derri\u00e8re un ordinateur). Essentiellement, l\u2019application de l\u2019ET est une proc\u00e9dure s\u00fbre et rentable pour g\u00e9rer les douleurs cervicales et am\u00e9liorer le mouvement de la colonne cervicale.
