El objetivo de la investigaci\u00f3n fue demostrar c\u00f3mo los ejercicios de autocorrecci\u00f3n pueden ser realmente efectivos, especialmente si se controlan con instrumentos no invasivos que apoyan al fisioterapeuta. <strong>El art\u00edculo fue publicado en <em>Sensores<\/em>, una de las revistas l\u00edderes en el mundo en este campo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-some-information-on-adolescent-idiopathic-scoliosis\">Alguna informaci\u00f3n sobre la escoliosis idiop\u00e1tica del adolescente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/spine.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5901\" width=\"252\" height=\"251\"\/><figcaption>Control de columna<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Escoliosis idiop\u00e1tica del adolescente<\/strong> se define como una deformidad tridimensional de la columna y el tronco con predominio de la desviaci\u00f3n lateral sobre otros planos de movimiento. Se ha demostrado que tiene una mayor incidencia en las ni\u00f1as.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para manejar mejor la escoliosis, el enfoque m\u00e1s com\u00fan y ciertamente preferido se basa en <strong>ejercicios espec\u00edficos de fisioterapia<\/strong> que puede limitar la progresi\u00f3n de la curva con <strong>procedimientos no invasivos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/preview.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5896\" width=\"270\" height=\"270\"\/><figcaption class=\" translation-block\"><span class=\"qodef-e-word\">columna vertebral<\/span> <span class=\"qodef-e-word\">3D<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen muchos m\u00e9todos y tipos de ejercicios para tratar la AIS, pero la mayor\u00eda se basan en fortalecer y estirar los grupos musculares afectados. Otros se basan en la autocorrecci\u00f3n en los tres planos (frontal, horizontal y sagital). En cualquier caso, estamos hablando de ejercicios que necesitan ser supervisados por un fisioterapeuta porque <strong>los movimientos de autocorrecci\u00f3n (SCM) deben ser precisos y espec\u00edficos para reducir efectivamente la curva escoli\u00f3tica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las principales consecuencias de la escoliosis?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hablamos de escoliosis debemos darnos cuenta de que <strong>el problema se refleja en varios aspectos f\u00edsicos<\/strong>. La escoliosis altera y <strong>reduce el control postural y el control motor personal<\/strong>. La mala alineaci\u00f3n segmentaria del cuerpo causada por AIS se ha asociado con un aumento<strong> Desplazamiento lateral del centro de masa del cuerpo, que afecta el equilibrio din\u00e1mico al caminar.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con Spine 3D existe la posibilidad de un control no invasivo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En pediatr\u00eda, la radiograf\u00eda bidimensional (2D) se utiliza para el diagn\u00f3stico inicial y la vigilancia longitudinal. pero sabemos que <strong>las evaluaciones radiol\u00f3gicas frecuentes durante el crecimiento pueden tener efectos negativos a largo plazo<\/strong>. Esta es la raz\u00f3n por la que se utilizan cada vez m\u00e1s m\u00e9todos de medici\u00f3n libres de radiaci\u00f3n para reducir los posibles riesgos para la salud causados por la exposici\u00f3n repetida a los rayos X.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sensormedica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Freemed.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5897\" width=\"267\" height=\"267\"\/><figcaption>Plataforma FreeMed<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, gracias a la tecnolog\u00eda LiDAR y Spine 3D, podemos reproducir im\u00e1genes de la columna vertebral en un monitor mediante una c\u00e1mara infrarroja (llamada <strong>ToF<\/strong>, corto para <em>Tiempo de vuelo<\/em>). <strong>Un m\u00e9todo de escaneo sin marcadores y sin radiaci\u00f3n. Y sobre todo, por tanto, no invasivo<\/strong>. Entre otras cosas, no requiere que la habitaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 oscura para la adquisici\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes, lo que permite adquirir m\u00faltiples im\u00e1genes de la columna con un modelo tridimensional de la columna y la pelvis en diferentes \u00e1ngulos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se mencion\u00f3 en la introducci\u00f3n, nuestra plataforma baropodom\u00e9trica FreeMed se utiliz\u00f3 para evaluar la oscilaci\u00f3n del centro de presi\u00f3n (COP) y <strong>los datos fueron procesados por el software FreeStep asociado<\/strong>, que proporciona una indicaci\u00f3n en tiempo real de la presi\u00f3n del pie individual y la carga total.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los resultados del estudio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Usando las herramientas de Sensor Medica, los investigadores (en este caso, el estudio no es exhaustivo, ya que solo examin\u00f3 ni\u00f1as y no todos los tipos de escoliosis) pudieron concluir que <strong>tratamientos de fisioterapia de autocorrecci\u00f3n definitivamente conducen a una reducci\u00f3n de VLD (<em>Desviaci\u00f3n lateral vertebral<\/em>)<\/strong>. El fisioterapeuta, que habitualmente actuaba \u201cde vista\u201d, con un margen de interpretaci\u00f3n, pudo valorar en directo los cambios mientras realizaba los ejercicios.
