Our family of Baropodometric Platforms. freeMed is a line of foot support and posture assessment systems that enable static, dynamic, stabilometric and vidographic patient analysis.
Ultra-thin platforms guarantee both unique reliability and repeatability translating thousands of analogue signals into accurate images and data in real time for a professional foot & gait analysis. Combined with our software freeStep, it can measure several space-temporal parameters such as: Support surfaces, Load distribution, Podalic axes and angles, Foot length, Speed, Gait line, Rockers. It can generate an automatic report based on normal values arising from scientific studies, supporting all types of professional with clear and concise data and easy to interpret reports.

Our Baropodometric Platforms are made of aluminum alloy, which make them light and portable. Each platform has hundreds of 24k gold-coated pressure sensors allowing the system to scan a high-resolution imaging. Thanks to the high quality of sensors, freeMed can acquire over 400 frames per second, which is fundamental to obtain a detailed analysis fo the gait line and the oscillations of the body center of gravity.

STATIC ANALYSIS OF THE FOOT
Visualization of the footprint to analyze the pressure distribution, load distribution, contact surface, center of pressure for each support and center of body pressure.
GEOMETRIC STATIC ANALYSIS
Analysis of the geometry of the support through parameters such as podalic angle, podalic axis, misalignment of the body center of pressure with respect to the geometric one.
VIDEO ACQUISITION IN STATIC ANALYSIS
Video Acquisition. Possibility to take several photos of the patient and apply measurements to the images. Free measurements and guided measurements through defined protocols.
STATIC ANALYSIS AUTOMATIC REPORTS
The software automatically draws up a report based on the data acquired from the platform. The report can be edited.

POSTUROGRAPHIC OSCILLATION ANALYSIS
In this section it is possible to analyze the patient's oscillations by evaluating the movements of the CoP and analyzing the characteristic parameters of stabilometry such as the confidence ellipse, the length of the CoP and the Fourier analysis.
POSTUROGRAPHIC COMPARISON
Tabular sheet with the comparison of the values acquired for each test of the exam.
DYNAMIC ANALYSIS
GAIT LINE IN DYNAMIC ANALYSIS
It is possible to evaluate the progress of the CoP throughout the foot support phase and establish any anomalies.
GAIT CYCLE IN DYNAMIC ANALYSIS
It is possible to evaluate the space-time parameters of walking by analyzing the sequence of podalic support and evaluating any asymmetries.
ROCKERS IN DYNAMIC ANALYSIS
In this section it is possible to analyze each individual support phase in detail and evaluate the differences between the right and left footprint.
