Verschiedene Stabilit\u00e4tsst\u00f6rungen k\u00f6nnen zu h\u00e4ufigeren St\u00fcrzen und daraus resultierenden Br\u00fcchen f\u00fchren. Die richtige morphologische Struktur beeinflusst die Gesamtleistung des Fu\u00dfes und bietet ein erhebliches diagnostisches Potenzial.<\/p><p>Selbst geringf\u00fcgige Fu\u00dferkrankungen k\u00f6nnen die gesamte biokinematische Kette beeintr\u00e4chtigen und sich auch auf die Beweglichkeit des Fu\u00dfes auswirken. Strukturelle Ver\u00e4nderungen innerhalb eines Fu\u00dfes k\u00f6nnen auch das Gleichgewicht im Stehen beeintr\u00e4chtigen und zu h\u00e4ufigeren Verletzungen f\u00fchren. Ziel der Studie war es, den Zusammenhang zwischen Fu\u00dfdeformit\u00e4ten und Haltungsstabilit\u00e4tsdefiziten bei Schulkindern zu untersuchen, die zu versehentlichen St\u00fcrzen neigen.<\/p><p>An der Studie nahmen 200 Kinder (101 M\u00e4dchen und 99 Jungen) im Alter von 10\u201315 Jahren teil, die zuf\u00e4llig aus Grundschulen ausgew\u00e4hlt wurden.
